At Golan USA, we bring you the option to order directly from the provider and their prices without the costly middleman.
How it works: You order a sim through Golan USA. We open an account for you with Golan and send the sim card to your house. It is your line and you can keep it or cancel it when you return from your trip. All customer service is via Golan Telecom, and you must cancel the plan yourself.
Are you Golan Telecom?
No. We are not affiliated with Golan Telecom. We are an indepented contractor that sets you up with a Golan Telecom account.
Who will charge me?
Golan Telecom will charge you 49₪ when you sign up. Your reccurring monthly charge will be billed on the 15th of the month, for the upcoming month. When you cancel your plan Golan will then charge for the month, pro-rated.
You will be charged a one-time shipping fee by Golan USA, depending on your delivery location.
Am I under contract?
No. You are not under any contract. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your Golan Telecom account or by calling Golan Telecom's customer service. Please note, you will be charged until you request to cancel.
Can I really cancel whenever I want - even tomorrow?
Yes. You may cancel whenever you want, without being tied down to anyone. Please note, when you are ready to cancel you will need to contact Golan Telecom directly. We cannot cancel your line.
So what do I need you for?
If you are currently in Israel, you don't really need us. Feel free to go to Golantelecom.co.il and sign up for a line. However, Golan Telecom does not ship abroad - that's where we come in. We will ship your sim card anywhere in the USA (and many other locations) for a minimal shiping & handling fee. Thus, you can enjoy the great prices of Golan Telecom right when you land in Israel.
How much is shipping?
We charge $19 for standard USA shipping of 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping or rush orders are $35. We can overnight your sim card for $55, however please allow 1 business day for the order to process.Each additional sim card is $1.99. When your sim card is shipped, you will get a confirmation and/or tracking number from Golan USA. Golan Telecom does not have access to any information about your delivery.

Golan Telecom is one of the largest cellphone providers in Israel, with nearly 1 Million subscribers. Golan USA is a private entity that enables you to order your Golan Telecom sim card and have it delivered to your home or office in the USA.
Golan USA is not the provider of the service rather it's a broker between you and Golan. All questions and issues should be dealt with by contacting Golan directly.

How do I cancel my account?
Simply log in to your online account at golantelecom.co.il, with the customer ID and password that were emailed to you upon activation. There, you will see the option to cancel service on your line.

My Internet is not working?

My voice mail is not working?
Golan has a bug, when you first activate your line or if you take out the sim card out of your phone the voice mail stops working and has to be reactivated. Log in to your account, my number, settings.
Will my phone work in Israel?
Good Question. In order for your phone to work in israel it need to be GSM and unlocked. CDMA (such as verizon and sprint) phones will not work in Israel with any carrier. Additionally your phone needs to support 900/1800 frequencies. In The USA the freqency is 850/1900. Quad-band phones support all four and will work in Israel and the USA. How do I check which bands my phone uses?
Check your device specs, whether online or where you purchased your phone. www.gsmarena.com is a good place to start.
Is my Phone Unlocked?
You should know that. If you don't know contact your service provider and ask them to unlock it for you.
How can I unlock my Phone?
Call your current provider ask them to unlock it as you are travelling abroad. If they refuse you can pester them and speak to their manager. If they still refuse based on a valid reason, (such as; under contract or debt) you can find dealers that can unlock your phone for you, like on ebay etc.
Can I have my calls diverted to my Israeli Cellphone?
Sure. If you want to be reachable 24/7 (Note the time difference). Get the Golan 99 Shekel plan that gives you a virtual USA number. Then call your service provider and ask them to forward all calls to your "new" USA number.
How do I send SMS/MMS internationally?
We're glad you asked. YOU DON'T! Well you can, however you will be charged up to 25 cents per message and Golan Telecom will NOT refund it regardless.

We have sim cards available for all type of phones. If your phone is unlocked and takes a sim card, it should.
